What We Do

CCED’s activities will fall in three basic categories: Programs, Events, and Consulting Programs:CCED programs of one or two-day duration will be offered in a wide range of thematic areas from 2014 encompassing but not confined to, for example:

The programs will include a combination of methodologies: interactive classroom sessions, simulations, case discussions, small group project-based exercises, and guest presentations by corporate executives and experts from the relevant fields. The purpose of these methodologies is to give the participants a hand on approach to tackling issues and problems, planning, analyzing and making strategies and finding optimal solutions. The CCED’s main target groups are:

  • Entry level, mid-level and high level executives as well as professionals in public, commercial and not-for-profit organizations who are committed to developing skills which are relevant in today’s complex and dynamic market.
  • Organizations which are committed to development of their workforce with respect to new knowledge concepts, and
  • Entrepreneurs, who do not have formal business degree but are successful and need that edge by learning business concepts relevant to the competitive environment.

Events: Keeping in mind the series of successful conferences its team members have organized over the years, the CCED will in time also offer conference services. The CCED’s experienced staff will provide all services related to holding successful conferences – irrespective of size, duration and scope.

Consulting: The CCED will provide consulting services where it will be doing the following:

  • Capability Requirements – Provide input into the organization’s strategy formulation process by identifying what is required of executives from a capability perspective
  • Capability Assessment – Measure existing capabilities against required capabilities
  • Gap Analysis – Identify gap between requirements and current assessment, with an eye toward what capabilities can be “built” (development) vs. “bought” external hiring

In all consulting areas the center will partner with the organization to assessthe organization’s needs, develop recommendations, programs and plans for improvement, facilitate implementation of programs that address challenges, provide a system to track progress and make appropriate adjustments along the way, and measure performance and evaluate results
