This hands on training course “Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs) to Evaluate Food Safety and Identify Potential Risks” will train individuals in biological research, Agriculture, food safety, food production and protection practices to ensure the safety of the food served in food establishments. It is also intended for those that are looking to improve and/or implement their facility’s food safety program as well as those interested in gaining more knowledge of the potential food safety hazards within the industry today. Completion of this course and passing of the final exam satisfies that requirement.
