Respected all,

With rapid climate change, one-fourth of Earth's species could be headed for extinction by 2050.

Climate change is already beginning to transform life on Earth. Around the globe, seasons are shifting, temperatures are climbing and sea levels are rising. And meanwhile, our planet must still supply us ? and all living things. If we don't act now, climate change will rapidly alter the lands and waters we all depend upon for survival, leaving our children and grandchildren with a very different world.

Department of Meteorology is privileged to organize an awareness walk related to climate and environmental issue. The walk will commence from CIIT Gate No. 1 at 11:30 AM, on Friday, 25th March, 2016.

You all are cordially invited to participate in this awareness walk to represent your Department. It is indeed an excellent opportunity to show your concern over a threatening issue.
