Department of Meteorology, COMSATS Institute of Information Technology (CIIT) is organizing a 3 days training workshop on Computational, Graphing, and Data Analysis Techniques with MATLAB. The objective of the workshop is to provide an opportunity to the academicians and students of Mathematics, Physics, Biosciences, Geosciences, Atmospheric Sciences, and Health Sciences to enhance their computational skills with particular emphasis on solutions of mathematical equations, various plotting techniques, and data analysis through MATLAB with a dedicated module for Geosciences. Students working on research projects/thesis will find it a refurbishing opportunity inspiring their statistical and graphing techniques. The workshop will also include ample hands-on sessions. The exercise data will mainly based on Geosciences datasets.
