JUNAID TARIQ

After passing my HSSC exams, it was a challenging task to select a field which ensures the safety of my future and also the institution which polish my skills as well as provide me the knowledge necessary to achieve that objective. After thorough investigation I found CIIT a place where I can achieve my objective. I chose CIIT mainly due to its highly dedicated/ experienced faculty and facilities offered to its wide range of programs. During my academic life I was unable to differentiate between days and night. This all happens mainly due to our mentors who were fully involved in all those studied courses. I feel very proud as being selected for lectureship once I completed my degree with high grade. Now I come to know that there are different research groups working in each CIIT department. This provides a sound basis for my higher studies.

Life at CIIT was an experience that I can never forget, because here at CIIT I learned to communicate, to interact and learned how to learn. Cohesion between the teachers and the students allows the students to achieve the defined milestones. Galas, thrills, colors, excitement, and friendships all this and more make life on the campus blossom and smile all year around in scintillating activities. Extra-curricular activities bring responsibility, character and maturity to the participating students and promote a healthy environment as well as knowledge, high moral values and positive attitudes. CIIT student life is rich and varied. The IT Computer Labs at the COMSATS Institute of Information Technology provide facilities and state of the art computer technology to assist students and faculty in achieving their academic goals. Students interact with teachers in a very friendly manner thus the process of gaining knowledge is an interactive one for the students at CIIT.

The highly active management, well qualified faculty, and environment has always been supporting in all sort of student affairs and problems. Faculty members were always available to serve the students at any time. When I entered the institute I was just an ordinary girl with little aims. But after the completion of my bachelors, my aims are boosted due to the motivation, experience and valuable knowledge given by this institute. It is not an institute with faculty members and students, rather it's a home with parents always looking for ways to serve their children for the best tomorrow.
