Dear Colleague,

As you might be aware, the Office of Development/CIIT Endowment Fund is currently running a Fundraising Campaign, spearheaded by the undersigned, to enhance the Endowment Fund.

You are requested to join us in our efforts to make this campaign (which will end on March 15, 2012) a success by contributing to it generously (if you have not done so already).

It is now very easy for CIIT employees to join this campaign by following three simple steps:

• PRINT OUT THE  'CONSENT FORM' (click here to download CONSENT FORM).
• FILL OUT THE 'CONSENT FORM' (specifying the amount you are comfortable with and the number of months for which you would like to contribute through salary deduction).
• RETURN THE 'CONSENT FORM' to our office at the address given below:

FOR OTHER DONORS

Contributions can be made to the Endowment Fund in a number of ways, the most common being through a ‘crossed cheque,’ ‘pay order’ or a ‘bank draft, favoring the ‘CIIT Endowment Fund.’

Online bank transfers can be made to the Endowment Fund’s Account No: 174279000463-01, maintained at HBL, SRC Branch, Sector H-9, Islamabad.
