Welcome to CIIT Help Desk Portal

Help Desk is an information and assistance resource designed for the CIIT Faculty and Staff. The purpose of Help Desk is to provide a single point of contact for the employees of CIIT. Help Desk enables employees to submit a query, request for service, and register complaint or feedback.

Each user will be issued a ticket number bearing a unique request-ID which can be used to monitor and track the status and progress of the action taken by the concerned service provider.

All the forms used for different purposes are available on Help Desk which can be downloaded by the users.
