PASTIC Delegation Visits CIIT Library |
| Pakistan Scientific and Technological Information Centre (PASTIC) representatives visited CIIT (Islamabad Campus) Library on October 10, 2011. The objective of this visit was to improve the services of PASTIC?s reference library by getting expertise, advice and experience of CIIT (Islamabad Campus) library professionals. PASTIC is the premier organization for dissemination of Scientific and Technological Information to the Scientists, Researchers, Engineers, Entrepreneurs, Industry and Citizens of Pakistan. During their visit, PASTIC officials saw different sections of the library and where they were briefed about the role, and services being provided by each section. Later on a meeting was held with the Senior Librarian to discuss several issues related to library services and other library related matters. During the meeting, Raja Muhammad Ibrahim, Senior Librarian of CIIT, offered his advice and assured them full cooperation. |
