On Going Process involves the following: Review/updating of all documents related to all the campuses and principal seat:

• Job Descriptions of all the teaching and admin staff.
• Standard Operating Procedures.
• Organizational Charts.
• Teaching and operational Quality Objectives.
• Selection/Training of Management Representatives from the campuses and the principal seat.
• Selection/Training of the Task Force.
• Internal Audit by Internal Auditors.
• External Audit during September each year.
