On Going Process involves the following:
Review/updating of all documents related to all the campuses and principal seat:
- Job Descriptions of all the teaching and admin staff.
- Standard Operating Procedures.
- Organizational Charts.
- Teaching and operational Quality Objectives.
- Selection/Training of Management Representatives from the campuses and the principal seat.
- Selection/Training of the Task Force.
- Internal Audit by Internal Auditors.
- External Audit during September each year.
